This was a quickie card with scraps that I had out on the table. Not too much to say about it other than that I think it's fun and bright. I really like the criss-cross of the overlapping ribbons, too.
The stamp is from the set All Holidays, and both designer papers are Stampin' Up! products. The stripes are from Summer Picnic (current for just a little while longer) and the polka dot paper is from ... hmmm ... ahhh -- I don't remember!
