Birthday rounds

This was my mother-in-law's birthday card (hi, Nita!).

It uses the large Carousel Notes (p. 7 of the current Occasions Mini Catalog) as a base and the Friendly Flowers stamp set, also in the mini catalog through this month only! I used my coluzzle to cut the folded blue piece on the front and punched many, many circles with my 1/8" circle punch.
